Research interests

My research activity is focused on the study of bubble nucleation catalyzed by surface defects. In order to investigate how the geometry and the chemistry of solid surfaces affect the kinetics of the nucleation process, the atomistic approach of molecular dynamics is used in conjunction with advanced simulation methods for rare events.
